Synchronised Action
Single lever adjustment for synchronised movement of seat and back pads in a 2:1 ratio. For every 2 degrees of incline applied to the back pad, the seat will incline 1 degree in same direction. Free-float facility applicable. Ideal for prolonged VDU working and hot-desk environments.

Box Tilt
Weight adjustable reclining action, only lockable in upright position. When active, chair will recline and resume as user weight is applied.

Knee Tilt
Weight adjustable reclining action, where the chair can be locked in any position between upright and fully reclined. Features anti-kick non return safety action, to prevent non-intentional activation of mechanism.
